Q: I’m getting married in Puerto Vallarta next May, and I can’t decide what to wear. I figure a tuxedo would be both impractical and overdone. However, my fiancée is wearing a full-on wedding dress, so I have to look good. Any suggestions?
A: A tux for a wedding is overdone? What are you waiting for to wear a tux, knighthood? I think a tux sounds perfect for a warm spring wedding in a resort town. In Puerto Vallarta, a white dinner jacket might be nice. And since your wife seems to be the type of woman who likes to dress up, maybe you’ll find some “practical” use for it in the future.
