Q: I wear designer clothes and love the new superslim pants. The problem is that I sometimes find the cuffs getting caught on the backs of my shoes. Is this common?
A: Yes. These pants arent for everyone. I once tried on a Yohji Yamamoto suit. Loved the way the jacket fit, but I couldnt get my feet through the pants, so Ill never know if my calves would have made it. Size 12 isnt even an afterthought in Japan. Even slim Jims complain of this shoe issue. I think if you like these pants, you shouldnt attempt to wear a break. The pants should probably not reach the shoe. My grandmother used to call them high-water pants. Wear nice socks, laddie.
