Sunny Sports is a four-year-old company that's maintained a low profile stateside, since the line's only available at a few stores in L.A. Naturally the clothes have a SoCal vibe (think shorts made of Mexican blankets), but there's a workwear aesthetic to them, too, as in the covetable denim shirt pictured here. We blame Japan, which is where the company has offices (along with some in Palos Verdes). Yeah, we know there's no shortage of other Japanese brands producing vintage American styles, but the surfer element here is a nice twist. The collection's availability is still TBD, but expect them to expand distribution soon.
