Most of Francis Bacon's major works—an estimated $6 billion worth—go on view at London's Tate Britain today. The outstanding exhibition, which runs through January, comes on the heels of the record-breaking $86 million sale of a 1976 triptych by the late artist at Sotheby's in May (to Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich, naturally). The Times of London has a video tour of the new show, and declares Bacon to be "the single greatest artist that Britain has produced in the hundred years that have passed since his birth."
