Not just another pretty face

IWC opens its first L.A. boutique today, and, as with the high-end Swiss watchmaker's Las Vegas store, the minimally designed showroom lets timepieces function as the decor. Among the decorations on offer: an exclusive 46.2mm Big Pilot (pictured), which is, of course, available in extremely limited quantities. (Only 15 will be produced, which helps explains their 15-grand price tag.) The good news? Looks are still free.
