Sure, the iPhone's nearly button-free exterior looks great, but the virtual keyboard is famously tough to adapt to. Samsung feels your pain—that's why they've introduced the Glyde (get it?), which augments its external touchscreen with a sliding QWERTY keypad. (The brand's Europe-only F700 takes the same approach.) Also helpful is the intuitive new interface, which includes simple (but helpful) touches like the blue cross that forms wherever you tap the screen. Just one complaint: The screen is tiny, which makes using the menus frustrating and renders the full-HTML browsing nearly worthless. That not so minor quibble aside, this is the best iPhone clone yet.
