And unlike your typical crossover, it (and its Chevy Tahoe stablemate) is a serious four-wheel-drive machine that can haul your sailboat or track car (it'll hitch up to 7,500 pounds) as well as a passel of kids. Want to save gas? Shell out about $50k for the hybrid model, which can run on electricity alone up to 20 mph and also shuts down half its cylinders on the highway to conserve fuel. The net result: 20 mpg in combined city/highway driving�no small feat for a truck that weighs almost as much as three Miatas. Of course, for the price, you could just about buy the base model and a Miata.
