LG LBX Series
We regret to inform you that LG's new LBX series (a.k.a. the Opus) fails to live up to its billing as "reminiscent of masterpieces by Da Vinci and Michelangelo." That said, the high-gloss, black-matte TVs are every bit as stylish as the company's Chocolate phones (and slightly less annoyingly named). LBX sets also come equipped with some solid tech specs. Among the highlights: 120Hz frame refresh, an ingenious remote that can operate any HDMI-based component, and the company's proprietaryand masterfully effectiveTruColor system, which LG claims can reproduce up to 92 percent of the American broadcast NTSC spectrum. Still long for that other 8 percent? Maybe you should get out more.
