4 Copas bills itself as the first "certified organic tequila" on the market. We're not all that convinced that your average tequila drinker is concerned with that kind of thing, but it's nice to know there's an añejo out there that Whole Foods can endorse. Eco bona fides aside, 4 Copas makes a full bodied tipple that's loaded with strong agave flavors, along with subtler hints of vanilla, spice, and toasted almonds. Just make sure you recycle—if not reuse—the handsome bottle.
