Sure, Michael Anthony played a bass shaped like a Jack Daniel's bottle, but with Cabo Wabo, Sammy Hagar actually went ahead and created his own brand of booze (and sold an 80-percent stake to Campari for $80 million). What's more, the stuff is actually pretty good. The dark golden añejo is baked in wood-fired adobe ovens and double-pot-distilled the old-fashioned way, with an oaky, peppery flavor augmented by slightly smoky top notes. In other words, you can drink it with a straight face—as long you refrain from drinking it at Hagar's Mexican Cabo Wabo Cantina.
