Corazón de Agave

The brand may have been invented by Grey Goose guru Sidney Frank (he died before it debuted), but the contents of each Corazón bottle are more than the by-product of a well-thought-out marketing plan. Sold in Mexico as Esponlon, it happens to be a legitimate drink, made from estate-grown agave that's fermented with a special strain of yeast cultivated in the distillery's own lab, then aged for two years in new Canadian oak barrels. The result: a sweet, floral tequila with vanilla overtones that's perfect for slow sipping, by whatever name you call it.
