Fina Estampa

Because it ages for just 18 months—most añejos chill out in oak barrels for closer to three years—this balanced tequila is a little lighter in color than its older cousins. But don't let the pallid hue fool you: Fina Estampa is plenty full-bodied, and pleasantly smoky. There's a hint of sherry on the front end, followed by notes of pepper and fruit. And fans of old-world craftsmanship will be pleased to know that everything, from the blown bottles to the cork tops, is made by hand.
