Bollinger Special Cuvée

James Bond's preferred sparkling wine (starting with Live and Let Die in 1973) and the equivalent of drinking water for the stars of Absolutely Fabulous, Bolly is more than a story device. Its nonvintage Special Cuvée is one of the most stylistic Champagnes out there�consistently dry, full-bodied, and toasty, reminiscent of chomping into a slice of warm bread that's been slathered with orange marmalade (if a bit wetter). Smooth and oaky, Bollinger is a gutsy, hedonistic drink. The fact that Prince Charles served the stuff at his bachelor party before marrying Diana should not be held against the producer.
