Bryant Family Vineyard Cabernet

Bryant Family Vineyard Cabernet
As a small-production wine, this stunner of a Cabernet isn't hard to find, but it's well worth spending someone else's money on when you do come across it on a menu. The 2001 has a deep purple color, and offers a complex assortment of flavors, with notes of cinnamon, blueberries, chocolate, and licorice, delivered in a full-bodied framework. Unlike the creamy-sweet 2000, this vintage is muscular and rich—which is exactly how you'll feel when you order a bottle.
