Venerable Burgundy outfit Drouhin is best known for its first-growth Chambolle-Musigny Les Amoureuses. Befitting the name (it means "the lovers," though there's no requirement you share that information with male colleagues), the wine is all finesse and elegance, with aromas of cherries and a touch of woodsiness. And, while still pricey, this wine is a relative bargain compared to the vineyard's Grand Cru, which you won't find in a restaurant for under a grand.
