Name: Cosy chair
Designer: Sabine Müller and Andreas Quednau of SMAQ, New York
Why it's cool: Think of this piece as a personal radiator (and not, say, a high-design electric chair): Hook it up to your water-heating system, and hot water begins circulating its tubular, stainless-steel frame. Temperature varies by location—warm on the knotted back, less so for the backs of your legs, and especially hot pads for your tea and your feet. Just don't sit too long: You don't want grill lines.
