Le Tub

Don't be misled by the faux-French name and the porcelain bathtubs strewn liberally about the grounds: Le Tub is an unpretentious meat mecca. The multilevel, tree-house-like bar has been applauded by everyone from GQ to Oprah (who, weight-conscious as ever, made her BFF Gayle do the actual eating when she visited), so scoring a table can be difficult. When you do get one, order the thick but loosely packed ten-ounce sirloin burger, grilled to order over an open flame, ensuring that there's plenty of char-grilled flavor, despite the fact that it's cooked indoors (considering the prevalence of insects outside, this is a good thing). Note: The staff are known for being a tad brusque, so don't even think about venturing off the menu.
