Ordering a burger at a Chicago steak joint might seem like going with a grilled cheese at a Mexican place, but Rosebud's steakhouse sandwich—a massive, 12-ounce slab of prime ground sirloin—has all the rich beefy flavor of a well-marbled steak. It's also, for the record, quite a bit cheaper. The pretzel-dough roll may seem gimmicky at first, but its soft, chewy texture helps to soak up the burger's copious juice. Thick beefsteak tomato slices provide balance to the flavorful beef, and if you compare it to the porterhouse on the menu, you might be able to convince yourself the whole thing is just a light snack.
