Singapore may be the first airline scheduled to take delivery of the much-delayed, er, anticipated Airbus A380, but its brand-new 777s are nothing to sniff at. They're ground-up installations rather than retrofits, which translates to business-class cabins that are among the most comfortable in the sky. New features include 30-inch-wide lie-flat seats with power ports, mood lighting, vanity mirrors, and menus by the likes of Gordon Ramsay and Alfred Portale. Seats also come with new "Business Panels," which are essentially PCs with 15.4-inch screens, MS Office software, and a personalized hard drive for your work documents. Of course, they double as TV screens, should you feel like blowing off that PowerPoint deck in favor of one of the 900 channels on offer.see comments
