Talisker 18

In the original Ian Fleming books, Talisker was James Bond's drink of choice, and it's a suitably rugged, explosive, and powerful malt for Bond's original rough-and-tumble persona. The 18-year-old, which boasts a refinement not found in the 10, was voted best malt whisky in the world at the 2007 World Whisky Awards. Its supple character is a bit more Brosnan than Craig, perhaps, but sometimes one looks for different things in whiskies and action heroes.
