Vodka 14

This is an impressive small-batch vodka, concocted two years ago in the Rocky Mountains by father-son team Mitch and Matt Baris (now that's what we call good parenting). The vodka is USDA organic certified and made from five different grains and deionized water from a 200-foot-deep mountain well; distillation takes place via a complex four-column method that's essentially a rolling purification system. Look for a warm smokiness and a sharp finish when it's sipped.
