Dior Chiffre Rouge Automatic

The brainchild of former men's creative director Hedi Slimane, the Chiffre Rouge, or Red Date, is a high-fashion, high-function hybrid. That flashy red button gets all the attention, but equally notable are invisible touches like the comfort-increasing rubber-lining on the steel band. The first-ever men's Dior-branded wristwatch has typical Slimane touches: the asymmetrical case, a severe, monochrome (plus red) palette and even Slimane's signature "scar," which runs along the edge of the watch bracelet. The only decidedly un-Slimane touch? You don't need to have a size-28 waist to fit into it.
