As you probably know, erstwhile denim guru Lang has abandoned fashion for pursuits such as making art, raising chickens in Montauk (an art in and of itself), and working out. Meanwhile, his former label, which is now owned by Link Theory, is under the creative control of Habitual founders Michael and Nicole Colovos. Their five-pocket slim-leg jean is carefully coated with resin then baked in an oven to give the denim the appearance of an afternoon spent working in the auto mechanic's shop. (Or, we suppose, chicken coop.)
