It's a three-piece, but only if you want it that way. All the elements of J. Crew's suit are sold separately, which is handy if you're on a budget, or if you prefer to pair your suit coat with madras shorts. (For the record: not recommended.) J. Crew calls this the solid fit, and we agree. $600 for the whole ensemble? Solid indeed.
