Davines is serious about sustainability, from its organic ingredients—think fresh pumpkin, soy, and wheat proteins—to its eco-friendly packaging. Let's hope the company is able to, er, sustain, because it's also increasingly popular. (Erin Anderson, owner of Williamsburg's Woodley & Bunny Salon and Apothecary, says she can't keep it stocked on her shelves.) The light cream gives texture and body without weighing hair down, and while it doesn't have the hold of some of its tougher-grade cousins, it may be the best all-around product we've tested.
